I have incorporated art making in my work, community, and personal life. Nowadays, my visual image making is nourished through a variety of outlets and pursuits, rather than a singular activity. I enjoy the challenge of receiving a client’s story about a bond with loved one(s), acquiring photographs and/or meeting with the subject(s), then capturing an essence of that bond in a portrait. Also, I am excited by the work I do with interior designers and homeowners looking for visual imagery to complete the aesthetic theme of a room. These activities, along with the occasional workshops and instructing I have done in the subjects of drawing, painting, and printmaking, encourages the growth and expansion of my studio work. I am currently involved in a new series of art and look forward to posting upcoming showings and images for view.
